See our wedding come togetherDo we also need a wedding planner?
No. Planning is included in the price: the person looking after you at Fervenza does that work, from the first message to the last guest. You choose, we take care of the rest.
How does Fervenza get paid?
Our work is included in the price of your wedding. You see one price for your whole wedding, and nothing gets added afterwards, unless you feel like an extra along the way.
How much does a Fervenza wedding cost?
From £42,000, everything included. The final price depends on your date, your guest count and the venue. Within a week, you know the price of your whole wedding.
What’s included, exactly?
The venue, the caterer and drinks, the wedding cake, the flowers and decor, the bride’s bouquet, the stationery and invitations, the RSVPs and your wedding website, the music, the photos (film as an option), all the planning, and on the day: hair and make-up, styling and our team on site. And you can add any surprise you like for your guests: fireworks, performers… Left to you: your guests’ travel, your outfits and rings, and any religious paperwork. Your guests’ rooms are invoiced directly by the estate.
Can the price change?
Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.
What if one of our suppliers can’t make it?
We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.
Can we insure our wedding?
Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.
Our parents are chipping in: how does that work?
One price for the whole wedding and a payment schedule we set together, written into the contract. Your parents can ask us anything: we answer them just as we answer you.
Can we get married in less than a year?
Yes. Tell us your date: within a week, you know which venues are free and the price of your whole wedding.
Can we bring our own photographer or florist?
Your favourites are welcome. Just tell us when we first speak.
What time zone do you work on?
Paris time. Write to us whenever you like, and we’ll set the call at a time that works for the two of you.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The first call, then your wedding imagined and its price within a week: all of it is free, with no obligation.
What do we get within a week?
First, our creative direction proposal and your venues, with the price of your whole wedding. From there, we fine-tune everything that follows with you: the layout, the music, the staging… It’s free.
What if we don’t go ahead?
You owe us nothing: the first call and the proposal are free.
Who pays for our guests’ rooms?
You choose. Rooms are invoiced directly by the estate, to you or to each of your guests: you decide what you treat them to.
Can we get legally married in France?
Your civil ceremony takes place in the UK, at your register office. In France, we create your ceremony: a symbolic ceremony, written for the two of you, in the venue you chose.
Where do you plan weddings?
In France today: Provence, the French Riviera, Paris, the Alps and the Landes. Northern Italy, Greece and the Balearics are next.
