Your wedding at Domaine de Barbossi

From £43,000, all-inclusive, for the big day at the clubhouse and about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. Would you like the whole weekend, with the welcome and the brunch at the Ermitage? We add them to your price. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

You can, it's a beautiful house. The estate hires out its clubhouse without catering, offers its own kitchen and puts you in touch with its partners for decor and entertainment. You then choose them one by one, plus the florist and the photographer, write the running order and look after your guests. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the estate keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

Up to 150 at table on the panoramic terrace, and 200 for drinks. Indoors, the clubhouse event room seats 100 and the restaurant 80. For a smaller wedding, the Ermitage de l'Oasis welcomes intimate celebrations in its garden.

Yes: on the clubhouse lawn, facing the golf course and the Estérel hills. You write the ceremony that feels like you, we set the scene, and your guests walk straight on to drinks on the terrace.

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the estate. Mandelieu-La Napoule town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the estate.

Yes: Nice airport is 36 km away, Cannes 7 km, and Mandelieu-La Napoule has its own train station. The Ermitage de l'Oasis books taxis and private drivers to the station and the airport on request. To sleep, we give you the addresses around the estate, ready to share with your loved ones.

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.

The clubhouse, its terrace and its salons are privately hired: they are all yours. The course itself lives to golf time, until 8.30 pm in summer: we set your ceremony time with the estate, and confirm the day's hours to you in writing.

Yes. The clubhouse welcomes guests with reduced mobility, with parking on site, and the Ermitage has its valet. We plan the car rides between the hotel and the golf course with you, so everyone arrives rested for the ceremony.

The clubhouse event room seats 100 guests, and the restaurant's large bay windows keep the view of the course. Your dinner and your party stay facing the greens, under cover.

The 36 rooms of the Ermitage de l'Oasis are a few minutes' drive from the clubhouse. The hotel books taxis and private drivers on request. We give you the addresses, ready to share with your loved ones.

Yes. The clubhouse has its own kitchen, seasonal and sourced from local growers, and the estate also welcomes outside caterers. We build the menu with the one you prefer, you taste it beforehand, and it is included in your price.

At the Ermitage de l'Oasis, in the Suite Ermitage and its 67 m² terrace between garden and sea, or in a sea-view suite. One of you on each side, if you'd like to see each other for the first time at the ceremony.
