The area

Noyant-de-Touraine is a Touraine village on the Manse, right next to Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine, home of the AOC goat's cheese. The Friday morning market, the cheese fair on the first weekend of June, and for those who arrive early, Chinon and the fortress where Joan of Arc met the king in 1429, then Azay-le-Rideau and Richelieu.

Who is Fervenza?

Fervenza is a French company that plans weddings with everything included. With Émilie and the whole team, we’re already planning the weddings of 2027 and 2028.

  • French company, licensed live-event producer Your contract is governed by French law
  • Covered by professional liability insurance
How much does a wedding at Domaine de Brou cost?

From £59,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can’t make it?

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the estate directly?

You can, it's a beautiful house. The domain rents you its reception rooms from Friday to Sunday and opens its address book. You then bring together the caterer and the drinks, the service, the flowers and the decor, the music, the photographer. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the domain keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 130 at table in the Salle Horizon, and 150 for drinks. For a more intimate wedding, the château's Grand Salon seats 40. And 74 of you can sleep on the estate.

Which dates are still free?

Tell us your date, we check with the domain and reply in writing.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes: on the château's forecourt, or on the lawn facing it, under a flower arch. For a religious ceremony, the estate has its own consecrated chapel. You choose who marries you, in English, French or both, and what gets said.

Can we have our civil wedding in Noyant-de-Touraine?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the château. Noyant-de-Touraine town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the estate.

Our guests are coming from far away. Is it easy for them?

Yes: the estate says it is 2 hours 30 from Paris, close to the A10 motorway, and the little Sainte-Maure-Noyant TER station, in the same commune, has trains to Tours. 74 of them sleep on the estate, and for the others we share the best addresses in Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine.

How late can the party go on?

The party happens in the Salle Horizon and on its terrace, in the middle of 100 hectares of park, forest and meadows, and your people sleep a few steps away. The domain publishes no end time, so we confirm the one for your date with them and you get it in writing.

How do our guests get back after the party?

74 of them simply go up to bed, in the château, La Roseraie, the Pavilion, the dovecote or the Salle Horizon's dormitory. The hotels and guest rooms of Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine are close by. We give you the addresses, ready to share with your loved ones.

Where do we get ready?

In the château's rooms and suites, each with its own bathroom, or in the suites of La Roseraie, some with a whirlpool bath. Your closest friends get ready next door, and everyone is already there when the day begins.

Who does the cooking?

The caterer you choose with us. The domain welcomes outside caterers, recommends its trusted addresses, and has a professional kitchen on site. You taste the menu before you decide.

What is the legend of Brou?

The domain tells that Joan of Arc stopped here on her way. And the park holds something older than the château: a 13th-century dovecote, now a little two-storey house where two to four of your guests can sleep.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes, and if you already have a vendor in mind, they're welcome. Your photos are included, with our photographers. If you already have yours, we welcome them into the team and adjust your price. On the estate's side, you choose freely: it welcomes outside professionals and keeps a list of trusted addresses at your disposal.
