Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

You can, it's a lovely house. The estate rents you its great hall, its gardens and, depending on the package, its rooms. You then bring together the caterer, the flowers, the decor, the music, the photographer and the running of the day. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the estate keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

Up to 200 at the table, in the 240 m² great hall, opening onto its covered terrace. The estate stops at 200 on purpose, so that everyone dines inside if it rains. Nine rooms and a gîte for 10 let your closest people sleep at the estate.

Tell us your date, we check with Domaine du Mas Neuf and reply in writing. The estate is open all year; for a date between May and September, it advises booking 6 to 12 months ahead.

From Saturday 9 am to Sunday 5 pm: time to set up, get married and have brunch by the pool. When the estate is free on the Friday, setting up can start then; we ask for your date.

Yes, in the gardens: under an arch of flowers facing the vines, or on the lawn under a cypress, guests on wooden benches. Your words, your officiant, your people around you.

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the estate. Vic-la-Gardiole town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the estate.

Yes: Montpellier is 30 minutes away, and on request the estate can offer a shuttle to the station or the airport. Your closest people can sleep at the estate, and we share the best addresses around for the others.

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.

Yes, and if you already have a vendor in mind, they're welcome. Your photos are included, with our photographers. If you already have yours, we welcome them into the team and adjust your price. The caterer has a private kitchen on site, and in the glasses, the house pours its own wines, chosen with you at a tasting.

Late: the dance floor is on the covered terrace, with the great hall right beside it, and a security guard stays on site through dinner and the party. We confirm the estate's exact end time for your date, in writing.

Rain plan: the great hall, where all 200 guests dine under cover, with the covered terrace beside it. In July, afternoons come close to 30 °C: the ceremony moves to around 6 pm, and the pool waits for the next day.

Yes: the great hall welcomes wheelchairs, the car park has accessible spaces and the toilets are adapted. The children have a room of their own for the evening.
