Who is Fervenza?

Fervenza is a French company that plans weddings with everything included. With Émilie and the whole team, we’re already planning the weddings of 2027 and 2028.

  • French company, licensed live-event producer Your contract is governed by French law
  • Covered by professional liability insurance
How much does a wedding at Domaine Tarbouriech cost?

From £99,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the estate, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. Your exact price depends on your date and guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can’t make it?

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the estate directly?

You can, it's a lovely house. The estate rents you the whole place from Friday to Sunday, with its 53 beds. You then bring together the Saturday caterer, its tableware and furniture, the drinks, the flowers, the music, the photographer, and the wedding planner it asks for. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the estate keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 110 at the table under the Pool House, 160 for drinks and 120 for the ceremony in the gardens. Below 70 guests, the house chef cooks your menu; from 70 to 110, the estate's partner caterer. 53 of your guests sleep on site.

Which dates are still free?

The estate hosts weddings from spring to autumn, over a weekend from Friday to Sunday. Tell us your date, we check with Domaine Tarbouriech and reply in writing.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes, in the heart of the gardens, in the shade of the pines, for up to 120 guests. The estate also offers the terrace or the edge of the lagoon. Your words, your officiant, your people around you.

Can we have our civil wedding in Marseillan?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never on the estate. Marseillan town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony on the estate.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Agde station is 15 minutes away, Béziers Cap d'Agde airport 30, Montpellier airport 45. There is covered parking next to the estate, and 53 of your guests sleep on site.

How do our guests get back after the party?

53 of them only have a few steps to their room. The others stay in Marseillan-Plage or in Sète. We give you the addresses, ready to share with your loved ones, and there is covered parking next to the estate.

Where do we get ready?

In the bridal suite, while your guests enjoy the pool. The Nacre and Casanova suites have their shower in the tower, and the second a 17th-century copper bathtub. One of you can also get ready in a lodge, with your people.

Can we serve the house's oysters?

Yes, and it's the moment your guests remember: an oyster tasting or a mussel brasucade cooked live, with the oysters the family raises in the Étang de Thau, a few minutes from the estate.

Are children welcome?

Yes. On Saturday evening, a room is set aside for them, with babysitting, while you and their parents enjoy dinner and the party under the Pool House.

Will our grandparents be comfortable?

Yes. The estate is listed as wheelchair accessible, the covered car park is right next to it, and the vows, drinks and dinner all happen on the estate, between the gardens, the pool and the Pool House. When they are tired, their room is a few steps away.

And if it rains?

Rain plan: the Pool House, the estate's former greenhouse by the pool. Dinner and the party already take place under its roof, and it can also host your vows, for up to 120 guests. During your visit, we settle with the estate how to dress its sides if the weather turns.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.
