Who is Fervenza?

Fervenza is a French company that plans weddings with everything included. With Émilie and the whole team, we’re already planning the weddings of 2027 and 2028.

  • French company, licensed live-event producer Your contract is governed by French law
  • Covered by professional liability insurance
How much does a wedding at Château Beaupré Deleuze cost?

From £45,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can’t make it?

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the château directly?

You can, it's a beautiful house. The château rents you its estate, with its furniture and its 23 beds, and opens its address book. You then choose, book and follow up the caterer, the drinks, the flowers, the music, the photographer. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the château keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 160 seated for dinner and 180 for a cocktail dinner, in the park or under the château's tent.

Which dates are still free?

Tell us your date, we check with the château and reply in writing.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes: in the main courtyard, at the foot of the double staircase and its stone balustrades, along the avenue of plane trees, or in the park, facing the natural pool and the cypresses. Your words, your officiant, your people around you.

Until what time can we party?

Until 4 am, on the terrace, according to the château's own rules. Dinner ends under the string lights in the park, and the dance floor takes over. We confirm the details with the château for your date.

And if it rains?

Rain plan: the château's big tent, set up in the park, and its vaulted rooms on the ground floor. Dinner and dancing stay on site, under cover.

Where do we get ready?

At the château, in one of the suites: the Tower suite, on the second floor, has its own lounge and a view over the village rooftops, and the Column suite is built around an old stone column. A suite for each of you, if you like.

Will our grandparents be comfortable?

Yes: a large car park on site, a ground-floor bedroom with its own private garden, and dinner on the lawn of the park. Dogs are welcome too.

Can we have our civil wedding in Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the château. Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the château.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Avignon TGV station is 25 minutes away, Avignon 20, and the A9 motorway at the Roquemaure exit. For flights, Marseille-Marignane and Montpellier airports. For where they sleep, we give you the addresses around the château, ready to share with your loved ones.

How do our guests get back after the party?

23 of them sleep at the château and just cross the park. Five more guest houses are in the village, and Avignon is 20 minutes away: we give you the addresses, ready to share with your loved ones. And the château has a large car park.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.
