Your wedding at Château de Fonscolombe

From £73,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the château all yours, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. The exact price depends on your date, your guest count and the number of days, and you get it in writing within a week.

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

You can, it's a beautiful house. The château rents you its estate and its 50 rooms, and its kitchen writes your menu. You then bring together the furniture and tableware beyond 50 guests, the tent in case the sky changes, the flowers, the music and the photographer. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the château keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

Up to 140 at table with the château's Michelin-starred kitchen, up to 200 with a caterer, in the south park facing the facade. Up to 110 of you sleep at the château. For 50, everyone sleeps on site and dinner fits at Le Temps Suspendu, the restaurant in the park.

No: for your wedding, the château is privately hired. The park, the historic salons, the restaurants, the pool and all 50 rooms are for you and your guests only.

Yes: in front of the chapel at the end of the plane-tree avenue, or in the forecourt facing the formal garden, between the two dovecotes. Your words, your officiant, your people around you.

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the château. Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the château.

A tent in the park, planned from the start. Beyond 50 guests, the château serves meals outdoors, so we put one up there, glass-walled if you love the idea of it glowing at dusk, ready if the sky changes. The historic salons welcome the smaller moments.

All the way to the end: after dinner in the park, the château carries the party on at Le Temps Suspendu, its restaurant in the park. The hour for music outdoors, we check with the château for your date and put it in writing with your price.

In the château itself, each of you in your own suite if you like: the Prestige Suite, the largest, looks over the park or the courtyard, and in a historic suite the marble bathtub was once a fountain of the Orangerie. Then only the plane-tree avenue stands between you and the chapel.

Yes: accessible rooms, cots, high chairs, a babysitting service, a playground in the park and a heated pool. Parking is on site, and dogs are welcome.

Yes: Aix-en-Provence TGV station is under 30 minutes away, 3 hours from Paris by train, and Marseille airport under 40. The château can arrange private transfers from both, and 110 of your guests sleep on site.
