Your wedding at Mas des Comtes de Provence

From £48,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. Rooms are billed directly by the mas, to you or to each of your guests. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

You can, it's a beautiful house. The mas rents you the whole estate, rooms and pool included, cooks the first evening and the brunch, and opens its address book. You then bring together the dinner caterer, the music, the flowers, the decor and the photographer. With us, all of that is in your price, except the rooms, which the mas bills directly. Every choice stays yours, and the mas keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

Up to 200 at table, under the covered patio or in the park, 160 in the inner courtyard and 150 in the reception room. The club room holds all 200 on the dance floor. A good share of your guests can sleep at the mas.

The mas welcomes weddings from March to November. Just tell us your date, we check with Mas des Comtes de Provence and reply in writing.

Yes, in the park, on a lawn of 5,000 or 3,000 m², under the pines, the mas behind you. And if you would rather marry in church, couples here have done so in Tarascon or in the Alpilles villages, then come back to the mas for drinks.

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the mas. Tarascon town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the mas.

Yes: Nîmes station is 25 minutes away, Avignon station 30, Aix and Montpellier stations 1 hour, and the Marseille and Montpellier airports 1 hour too. The parking is gated and free, and a good share of them sleep at the mas.

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.

Yes, and if you already have a vendor in mind, they're welcome. Your photos are included, with our photographers. If you already have yours, we welcome them into the team and adjust your price. At the mas, the caterer for your dinner is your choice; the house kitchen cooks the first evening, the wedding-day lunch and the brunch.

At the mas, in its suites: the largest is 95 m² with two bedrooms and a sitting room, another has two separate bedrooms. The two of you are housed on site, and your people get ready in the rooms of the mas around you.

Late: the party can go on until 4 am, in the club room, 160 m² indoors with room for all 200 of you on the dance floor. We confirm the exact closing time for your date, in writing.

In July, the ceremony goes late in the day, under the pines, and dinner under the covered patio, which stays cool on summer evenings. If it rains, the same patio seats 200 at table, and the reception room 150.

Yes. The mas has a double room adapted for reduced mobility, with a walk-in shower, and the gated parking is on site. For the children, a baby cot is offered, there is a play area and a pétanque ground, and the mas knows a babysitter. Dogs are welcome on request.

From the first fine days of spring. Eighteen metres by seven, with sun loungers and parasols, along the covered patio: on the morning after, a swim between two coffees at brunch.
