The area

The Palm Beach sits at the tip of the Croisette, the peninsula that closes the bay of Cannes, facing the islands of Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat. For those who arrive early: the Forville market, Tuesday to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the foot of Le Suquet, and the beaches of the Lérins Islands, just across the water.

How much does a wedding at Palm Beach Cannes cost?

From £310,000, all-inclusive, for one evening and about 100 guests: the ballroom and its terrace, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. Your exact price depends on your date and your guest count, in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can’t make it?

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the Palm Beach directly?

You can, it's a remarkable place. The Palm Beach rents you its ballroom and terrace, and its kitchen cooks dinner. You then bring together the flowers, the decor, the music, the photographer, the running order of the evening and the welcome of your guests. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the Palm Beach keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 800 at the table in the ballroom, 1,000 for a cocktail party inside and 650 on the terrace. For about a hundred guests, the room adapts to your size, and the terrace stays yours for drinks.

How late can the party go on?

As long as you like: the Palm Beach is the only venue on the French Riviera where the party can go on until dawn, with no end time. It happens indoors, in the ballroom, with the terrace a few steps away for a breath of sea air.

Which dates are still free?

Tell us your date, we check with the Palm Beach and reply in writing.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes: by the seawater pool, under the palm trees, or in one of the rooms facing the sea, as the Palm Beach offers. Your own words, the person you chose to marry you, and everyone you love around the water.

Can we have our civil wedding in Cannes?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall. Cannes town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the party at the Palm Beach.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 27 km from Cannes, under 30 minutes away, with a shuttle every 30 minutes. Paris is 5 h 15 by TGV, and Cannes-Mandelieu airport 15 minutes from the town centre. We share the best addresses in Cannes.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.

Will other Palm Beach guests be around?

Your ballroom and its terrace are yours. Around them, the restaurants, the beach and the casino of the Palm Beach carry on with their evening. For your vows by the pool, we set the time with the Palm Beach, so the water is all yours for that moment.

How do our guests get back after the party?

The first grand hotel of the Croisette, the Martinez, is a little over 1.5 km away along the sea, and the N21 late bus serves the Pointe Croisette. We give you the addresses, ready to share with your loved ones.

Where do we get ready?

At your hotel in Cannes, among more than 130 addresses, from the small ones to the grand hotels of the Croisette. Then you join your guests at the Palm Beach for your vows by the pool.

Was a film really shot here?

Yes. In the early 1960s, the casino's gaming rooms and its pool were the setting of Mélodie en sous-sol, whose final scene plays out by the water, between the Esterel and the sea. You say I do in the same place.
