The area

The villa looks over the bay of Cannes, east of the Croisette, facing the Lérins Islands. For guests who arrive early: the Forville market, Tuesday to Sunday mornings, near the Old Port, and the boat to Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat, 15 to 20 minutes from the port.

Fervenza is a French company that plans weddings with everything included. With Émilie and the whole team, we’re already planning the weddings of 2027 and 2028.

How much does a wedding at White House Cannes cost?

From £42,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can’t make it?

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers cancelling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the villa directly?

You can, it's a beautiful house. The villa rents you its salons, terraces and gardens, and introduces vendors it knows. You then bring together the caterer, the florist, the DJ, the lighting, the furniture and the photographer. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the villa keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 150 for a wedding, with the ceremony in the garden and about 80 in the grand salon. The villa also suits micro-weddings, from 40 guests.

Which dates are still free?

Tell us your date, we check with the villa and reply in writing. It welcomes weddings all year round.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes: on the garden lawn beside the pool, where the villa sets out up to 150 chairs, or in a quieter corner of the garden. Your vows, your readings, your people around you, and we set the scene.

Can we have our civil wedding in Cannes?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the villa. Cannes town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the villa.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Nice airport is 30 minutes away, Cannes-Mandelieu 20, the Croisette 5, and Paris is 5 h 15 from Cannes by TGV. For cars, 30 spaces at the villa and 200 free ones 3 minutes' walk away, with a shuttle.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes, and if you already have a vendor in mind, they're welcome. Your photos are included, with our photographers. If you already have yours, we welcome them into the team and adjust your price. The villa leaves the caterer up to you: they cook on site, in its professional kitchen, and the villa's staff are with you until midnight.

How late can the party go?

Until 2 am, according to the villa: that is when the music stops. For dancing, a soundproofed room inside, whatever the weather. We confirm the villa's exact times for your date, in writing.

What if it rains?

Rain plan: the sea-facing grand salon, about 80 guests at table under its chandelier, and the smaller salons next to it. For more guests, a marquee can go up in the garden. Cannes counts some 300 days of sunshine a year, and its rain falls mostly in autumn.

Where do our guests sleep?

Up to 30 of them at the villa, in 15 bedrooms. Everyone else is 5 minutes away, in the hotels of the Croisette, and the three-star Hôtel Alexandre III is a little over a kilometre away. We give you the addresses, ready to share.

Where do we get ready?

In the two master suites at either end of the grand salon, one of you on each side if you'd like to see each other for the first time at the ceremony. Then down the grand staircase, all eyes on you.
